Return & Cancellation Policy

At Cozytreat, every item is custom-made with love — crafted uniquely from the details you provide.
Because of this, we follow a few important guidelines to ensure smooth processing for all custom orders.


🕒 Customization Deadline

After placing your order, please submit your customization details (characters, text, message, etc.) within 7 days.
We’ll send friendly email reminders if we haven’t received them — we just want to make sure your design turns out perfectly.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Within 7 Days (Before Submitting Customization):
If you change your mind before submitting your customization details, you can cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund.

After 7 Days (Without Submitting Customization):
If you haven’t submitted your details within 7 days and wish to cancel afterward, we’ll issue a refund minus a $10 restocking & processing fee.

After Customization Has Been Submitted:
Once your customization details have been sent to us and production has started, your order becomes final — we can’t accept cancellations or refunds at that stage.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We’re unable to provide refunds in the following cases:

  • The order has already been sent for production.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customization details were provided after production began.

  • The product has been successfully delivered.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement right away with expedited shipping at no extra cost to you.
