Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that material on Cozytreat infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to support@cozytreat.com containing all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (e.g., a specific URL).

  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Your electronic or physical signature.
  2. A description of the material removed and its location prior to removal (e.g., a URL).
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified.
